project | This cottage is located on the tip of Lieutenant's Island and is nestled between two sand dunes. The existing cottage is approximately 900 square feet, over 30 years old and is ready for a complete interior renovation. The owners decided to raise the existing cottage and pour a new foundation beneath it to house mechanical systems and provide additional storage. An updated kitchen, three bathrooms and three bedrooms with a wrap around deck will ensure this owner a full seasonal rental in season as well as a beautiful retreat for their family off season.
